E3 2010 : Ubisoft Press Conference

I didn't get to watch this live because I was way too tired but here's what they showed off this year.

They started by showing off a Kinect game which was an arcade shooter style of game. A game called Child of Eden. It has annoying music. It also seems to just be shooting shapes. Assassin's Creed Brotherhood looks freaking awesome but hasn't changed too much from the last one. Ezio returns and it has multiplayer. A Shawn White Skateboarding game and it seems like another generic skateboarding game. Battle Tag is a laser tag game for a computer... why? I suppose if you like laser tag and running around your house with friends could be fun. Innergy is suppose to be a game to help reduce stress and uses a a sensor to tell you what's going on in your body via your pulse. It's a PC game that teaches you to breath... boring!! A sports game called Motion Sports for the Kinect... Big whoop! They showed the Your Shape: Fitness evolved again. A new Rabbids game called Raving Rabbids Travel in Time. Do we really need more of these? Seriously this is a stupid franchise. Ghost Recon: Future Soldier... another 3rd person shooter title, with stealth camo... whoopty doo. I suppose if your a fan you'll like it. A new Driver game called Driver San Francisco. It seems kinda cool. A work in progess called Project Dust had a trailer, nothing else. A 2D Rayman... awesome! It's Rayman Origins and I wouldn't mind playing this. A new game called Mania Planet where you can make user generated content for a driving game, FPS and RPGs and it sounds cool. Finally, they showed a Michael Jackson game title... I can't help but feel like it's a obvious cash in on his popularity and that sucks.

Well that's it for the Ubisoft conference and again it seems like E3 isn't very interesting this year. Maybe it'll pick up tomorrow? We'll see.
