FTC going to fine bloggers for getting stuff without disclosing it... WTF?

I don't have to worry since I buy the games I review myself so this doesn't bother me but now I've got to leave a disclaimer on every review from now on which is lame but I suppose it's to catch people out for tax purposes. So if your a blogger and you didn't know this you have been warned.
